Refund Policy

This Refund Policy governs the refund process for participation fees and ticket purchases related to the Events and Award Galas organised by Corpowise Limited ("we," "our," or "us"). By participating in our Events or purchasing tickets, you agree to comply with this refund policy:
1. Event Cancellation
In the event that we cancel an Event or Award Gala for any reason, participants and ticket holders will be entitled to a full refund of any fees paid. We will make every effort to notify participants of event cancellations as soon as possible.
2. Participant Withdrawal
Participants who wish to withdraw from an Event or Award Gala must notify us in writing as soon as possible. Refunds for participation fees may be provided at our discretion, subject to the following conditions:

Refunds may be subject to deductions for expenses already incurred by us in organising the Event

Refunds will be processed within a reasonable timeframe following the receipt of the withdrawal request
3. Ticket Purchases
Tickets purchased for our Events or Award Galas are non-refundable, except in the case of event cancellation by us. However, tickets may be transferable to another individual at our discretion, subject to approval and any applicable transfer fees.
