INTERNATIONAL BUSINESS AWARDS COUNCIL

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern the participation in and organisation of events and business awards (collectively referred to as "Events") by Corpowise Limited ("we," "our," or "us"). By participating in our Events or using our Services, you agree to comply with these Terms. Please read them carefully:

1. Event Participation

Participants in our Events agree to abide by the rules and regulations set forth by us. Failure to comply may result in disqualification from the Event.

2. Eligibility

Eligibility criteria for participation in our Events will be clearly outlined in the event guidelines. Participants must meet all eligibility requirements to qualify.

3. Submissions

Submissions for Awards or Event participation must be made in accordance with the guidelines provided by us. Late or incomplete submissions may not be considered.

4. Judging and Decisions

Judging criteria for Awards will be determined by us and may vary depending on the nature of the Event. All decisions made by the judges or organisers are final and binding.

5. Intellectual Property

By participating in our Events, participants grant us the right to use their name, likeness, and submission materials for promotional purposes related to the Event.

6. Event Changes or Cancellation

We reserve the right to make changes to the date, time, location, or format of our Events, or to cancel them altogether, at our discretion. In the event of a cancellation, refunds may be issued to participants at our discretion.

7. Liability

We will not be liable for any loss, damage, or injury arising from or related to participation in our Events, except to the extent caused by our gross negligence or willful misconduct.

8. Code of Conduct

Participants in our Events are expected to conduct themselves in a professional and respectful manner at all times. Any behaviour deemed inappropriate or disruptive by us may result in disqualification or removal from the Event premises.

9. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes arising from or related to these Terms shall be resolved exclusively in the courts of England and Wales.

10. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to update or modify these Terms at any time without prior notice. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting on our website.
